The ratings are in the first live head to head face off between All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite and NXT in 2020 and it's good news for the former. Dynamite managed to draw 947,000 viewers compared to NXT's 721,000 viewers and that's a huge lead for the newer company.

Last week, Dynamite won with 967,000 compared to NXT's 548,000 viewers but it's important to note that the latter''s show was taped. Before the New Year, the gap had closed and NXT was consistently beating AEW so it's hard to say what's changed but WWE will have to start pulling out all the stops to close the gap and regain their lead.

This week's All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite was headlined by Jon Moxley making a decision about whether to join Chris Jericho's Inner Circle. Over in NXT, there was a Fatal Four Way match to decide the new #1 contender for Roderick Strong's North American Championship.
