The live viewership numbers are in for both All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite and NXT are in, and it was the former which once again won the ongoing Wednesday Night Wars. Both shows saw a ratings increase, though strong competition meant Dynamite slipped out of the top 10 shows on cable for the night.

For its one-year celebration - which featured a stacked card included four title matches - Dynamite managed to draw a total of 826,000 viewers. That's well ahead of NXT's 651,000 viewers.

Last week, the TNT show drew 753,000 viewers, while NXT did 639,000 viewers.

As is so often the case, All Elite Wrestling won the 18 - 49 demographic and ranked #15 for the night. The WWE show was way behind at #51, and it's clear now that Dynamite had the advantage in this weekly battle. It was expected that viewership for both shows would rise as they were up against the Vice Presidential Debate last week.

Here's the demographic breakdown:

Viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.30 / NXT: 0.17
Female viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.18 / NXT: NA
Male viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.41 / NXT: NA
Viewers 18-34 – AEW: 0.18 / NXT: NA
Female viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.10 / NXT: NA
Male viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.18 / NXT: NA
Viewers 25-54 – AEW: 0.35 / NXT: NA
Viewers 50+ – AEW: 0.35 / NXT: NA
