Brian Cage made his AEW debut this past Saturday as the surprise entrant in the Casino Ladder Match at Double or Nothing, and wound up winning the bout by retrieving the poker chip and guaranteeing himself a future World Heavyweight Championship opportunity.

Now, AEW president and CEO Tony Khan has officially announced that the former Impact Wrestling Champion will face Jon Moxley for the title at Fyter Fest. No date or location has been set, but more details are expected to be revealed this Wednesday on Dynamite.

Fyter Fest was reportedly set to be held in London, England this year, but the COVID-19 pandemic obviously put the brakes on those plans. Khan did promise that All Elite Wrestling would eventually make its way to The UK once things had returned to normal.

Cage vs. Mox should be a great match, but don't expect the jacked-up destroyer to win the title. AEW has been lining up monsters for Moxley to defeat, and the "Swolverine" will most likely be next. Jon retained the title against "The Exalted One" Brodie Lee at Double or Nothing after referee stoppage.
