Brodie Lee will celebrate his TNT Championship victory this Thursday.

Last Saturday night, Cody Rhodes entered his big TNT Championship match with some huge momentum as the former champion had beaten Warhawk, Eddie Kingston, Jake Hager, Jungle Boy, Marq Quen, and Scorpio Sky for the belt; however, that didn’t matter once the match-up between Lee and Rhodes began.

Lee essentially squashed the first-ever TNT Champion and left Cody and the entire Nightmare family lying once Dynamite was all said and done. Other than his AEW World Title loss to Jon Moxley at Double or Nothing, the 40-year-old has yet to be pinned or submitted in singles competition.

Following his dominant win on Saturday Night Dynamite, AEW officials have confirmed that the leader of The Dark Order will have a championship victory on the August 27 episode of Dynamite.

The big celebration joins a contract signing between Jon Moxley and MJF, a No. 1 contender’s gauntlet tag team match to determine the next challengers for the AEW World Tag Team titles, Matt Hardy vs. Sammy Guevara in a Tables match, and a Handicap match will Reba, Penelope Ford, and Britt Baker vs. Big Swole.
