Brodie Lee Will Challenge Cody For The TNT Championship On AEW Saturday Night DYNAMITE

Cody successfully defended his TNT Championship against Scorpio Sky last night on AEW Dynamite, but on next week's special Saturday night show, he'll be facing the leader of the Dork Order, Mr. Brodie Lee.

Many fans hoped to see Scorpio Sky dethrone Cody to win the TNT Championship (the title is not going to change hands during any of these weekly open challenge matches folks), but The American Nightmare managed to retain yet again after a well placed CrossRhodes.

After the match, Mr. Brodie Lee appeared on the screen and told Cody that his days as champion are numbered, and he was coming for the TNT title next week on Saturday Night Dynamite.

Lee came in as the leader of the Dork Order to quite a bit of fanfare, but everything fizzled after he lost to Jon Moxley, and he and his joke of a faction have been losing momentum ever since. The former Luke Harper is a very talented wrestler and we should be in for a great bout, but don't expect him to walk away with the gold.

Also announced for Saturday's show: FTR vs. Private Party, The Elite vs. three interchangeable members of the Dork Order, Darby Allin in action against an unannounced opponent, and we'll see the finals of the AEW Women's Tag Team Championship Tournament.
