We were wondering who'd be next to step up and challenge Cody for the TNT Championship, and it's been announced that none other than Warhorse will face the American Nightmare for his title this Wednesday on AEW Dynamite.

The St. Louis native has been making waves on the independent scene, and is the latest non All Elite Wrestling contracted talent (at least, as far as we know) to make an appearance on Dynamite.

Fans have been vocal about wanting to see the current IWTV Champion step up and try his luck against Cody ever since Arn Anderson mentioned "The Little Viking" as a possible challenger earlier this month during the “Road To Fight For The Fallen” docu-short.

Does Warhorse have a chance? Nah, but it should be a pretty good match, and Cody already seems to be looking past his opponent if the below Tweet is any indication.
