Darby Allin Vs. Jon Moxley For The AEW Championship And More Announced For Next Week's DYNAMITE

Jon Moxley and Darby Allin teamed up to face Brian Cage and Ricky Starks on AEW Dynamite, but they'll find themselves on opposite sides of the ring next week when Allin gets a shot at the championship.

We won't see the usual TNT Championship open challenge next week (Cody will have his hands full with the Dork Order), but the AEW Championship will be on the line when Jon Moxley defends against Darby Allin.

This won't be the first time these guys have faced off, although they have found themselves on the same side recently in an effort to fend off Brian Cage and his new ally Ricky Starks. All four men were involved in a No DQ tag team match to close out Dynamite this week, and Allin got the win for his team when he pinned Starks after a shot to the back with a skateboard covered in thumbtacks.

There's no way Allin is winning the title here, but it might serve as an opening for MJF to blindside Mox and set up their match at All In.

Also announced: Cody will team with Matt Cardona to take on *checks notes* two guys called John Silver and Alex Reynolds; another sure-to-be cluster[frick] of a 12-man tag match as the rest of the Dork Order face The Young Bucks, Omega and Page, and FTR; and a debate between Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy which will feature a special guest moderator.
