Cody (narrowly) retained the TNT Championship at last night's AEW Dynamite anniversary show when the time limit expired and his match with Orange Cassidy was deemed to be a draw, but he may not get so lucky at Full Gear.
Darby Allin took The American Nightmare to his limit when they faced off at Fyter Fest last year, and, just like in last night's bout against Cassidy, Cody wasn't actually able to defeat his Allin before time ran out.
Rhodes has gotten the better of the skull-faced wrestler since, but Darby's star has been steadily on the rise and many believe he could be the one to dethrone "The Prince of Pro-Wrestling" and claim the TNT Championship (for more than a week or two.. Mr. Brodie Lee).
