Matt Sydal will officially make his AEW Dynamite debut.
Since All Out, the former WWE and ROH star has mainly competed on AEW Dark with Sydal getting several key victories thus far; however, the former X-Division Champion will be facing his biggest challenge to date, Eddie Kingston.
The “Mad King” Is scheduled to fight Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship in an “I Quit” match, so Kingston will surely hope to gain some momentum heading into his big title match at Full Gear. Both men have a contrast in styles, as Matt Sydal is known for his aerial maneuvers such as the shooting star press and Eddie Kingston is a fighter who will do anything to get a win. Who will emerge victorious on Wednesday?
The singles match joins the two semi-finals AEW World Title Eliminator matches (Kenny Omega vs. Penta El Zero M and Adam “Hangman” Page vs. Wardlow) and the TNT Championship Lumberjack match between Cody Rhodes and Orange Cassidy.
