FTR Vs. Adam Copeland & Christian Cage Has Been Made Official For AEW's ALL OUT

The former WWE Tag Team Champions will finally get their chance at revenge against the dastardly FTR as Copeland and Christian Cage are scheduled to take on Dax and Cash at All Out.

Christian Cage won’t be able to mock any dead fathers here.

Last night, AEW kicked off with the Christian/Copeland/FTR saga and it didn’t disappoint. The former WWE Tag Team Champions first got the better of Dax and Cash, and Christian made sure to remind Cash that his father was dead.

Then it was made official: the reunited Christian Cage and Adam Copeland will fight FTR at All Out in Canada.

The news is hardly surprising since the company has been building up to this match for months. It all started when FTR brought back Copeland to aid in their fight against The Death Riders in January. The trio would continue to team together until April when Dax and Cash finally had enough. After failing to beat The Death Riders for the Trios titles, FTR turned on Copeland and sent him to the hospital.

Copeland would make his return at All In and scare off FTR as they were about to beat down Christian Cage. The enemies-turned-sort-of-friends reunited to take on Kip Sabian and the returning Luchasaurus and got the win. That was the first time that Cope and Cage teamed together in over 15 years.

Fast forward and the two will finally get their hands on Dax and Cash. It should be a really fun match and though there’s been a couple of clunky parts, the build has been solid overall. Thus far, C & C vs. FTR is the only match confirmed for the upcoming pay-per-view. Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin seems to be a lock at All Out, but it hasn’t been made official just yet. It's quite possible that Hangman Page/MJF II could happen at All Out, though Page also has issues with the Don Callis family, so it's not exactly clear just yet.
