Kyle O'Reilly Vs. Jon Moxley Has Been Added To The Upcoming AEW DYNAMITE Special

Kyle O’Reilly gets another shot at proving he’s better than Jon Moxley.

Last week, the former AEW World Champion had his first match back since his I Quit bout at WrestleDream. Despite promising to break Darby Allin, Moxley and The Death Riders failed to do so as the 39-year-old was soundly beaten by the former TNT Champion.

Moxley came into his match against Kyle O’Reilly with a strong mind, but as soon as the AEW star was locked into O’Reilly’s submissions, he was a fish out of water. Just as it seemed that O’Reilly would get the biggest victory of his career, Moxley decided to rob that from him by punching the referee. That caused a disqualification that spiraled into the usual Death Riders chaos.

Kyle O’Reilly had that match won and he’ll prove that when he faces Mr. Moxley again at the Fright Night special. At the moment, there isn’t any special stipulation attached to the match though Kyle might not have to worry about The Death Riders interfering. Well, at least not Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta.

That’s because the youngest Death Rider members will take on Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin. Though Allin won the fight against Moxley, the war isn’t over until the entire faction is gone. Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin have promised to get rid of the group for good and Fright Night seems like a good place to start.

The two matches add to a rather stacked Dynamite that features two number one contender’s matches and the beginning of the AEW Women’s Tag Team title tournament.

Check out the updated line-up for the special Fight Night episode:
