Apparently Lady Frost is signed to ROH/AEW.

The former Impact star has been a regular for ROH and AEW in the past couple of years, though Frost has been on the losing end for the most part. It’s not uncommon for enhancement talent to have a contract and that appears to be the case for Lady Frost as she’s confirmed that a deal was made with AEW/ROH in 2022. Surprisingly, she didn’t get one of those “all elite” graphics that AEW has become well known for when they sign talents to long term contracts.

“I started with AEW/Ring of Honor in 2022. Yep, I started in 2022, and then, signed somewhere in 2023. So I have some time left to go. But I love working there. I love all of my coworkers, Tony’s awesome. I wish I was on TV a little more. Everyone does. But, it’s a great job and I’m excited to see what the future brings, that’s for sure. For me especially but, for the company as well.”

Frost is a rather talented wrestler, so it’s surprising that she isn’t being used more often. It’s not clear if her only purpose in AEW is to be enhancement talent, but it sure does look like it based on her role for the past couple of years. Hopefully, that changes and she's given an opportunity to showcase her strengths.

The last time that Frost competed on AEW/ROH was back in July where she fought Diamante. She was on the losing end of that match. For the most part, Frost competes in CMLL and was in a CMLL World Tag Team title tournament with fellow AEW star Taya Valkyrie. The two wrestlers would make it into the finals before losing to Las Chicas Indomables (La Jarochita & Lluvia).

At the moment, there’s no word on the length of Frost’s deal. There’s also no confirmation on when we could see her back on AEW/ROH television. AEW has made great strides in improving the AEW women’s division and it’s certainly done wonders for the brand; however, there’s plenty of talented female wrestlers like Frost and Valkyrie who barely get any sort of television time. At least Taya and Frost get some sort of television time. Mercedes Martinez has seemingly vanished off the face of the Earth. At least when it comes to AEW/ROH television. Nevertheless, we’ll keep you updated if Frost’s return to television is advertised.
