Orange Cassidy Pins Chris Jericho In "$7,000 Obligation Match" On AEW DYNAMITE

Well, he actually did it! Orange Cassidy pinned Chris Jericho last night on AEW Dynamite after their "$7,000 Obligation Match," giving the highly divisive wrestler the biggest win of his career...

Somewhere, Jim Cornette is tearing what's left of his hair out.

Orange Cassidy faced Chris Jericho in the main event of this week's episode of AEW Dynamite in a "7,000 Obligation Match" (if Cassidy lost he'd have to reimburse Le Champion for the jacket he ruined), and The King of Sloth Style did unthinkable and won the damn bout.

The match turned out to be a fairly competitive, if somewhat sloppy affair, with Cassidy getting in quite a bit of offense. Jericho did physically dominate after a while, but when Orange mounted a comeback, Santana and Ortiz caused a distraction which allowed Jake Hager to get involved and hit him with a powerslam.

Cassidy kicked out, and when Chris got in the ref's - the legendary Mike Chioda - face, he caught his opponent in a mousetrap pin to score a 3-count.

This is bound to piss off a lot of people, but love him or hate him, nobody can deny that Orange Cassidy is one of the most over performers in All Elite Wrestling. Plus, this was far from a decisive win!

What's your take on Cassidy pinning a star the caliber of Chris Jericho? Let us know in the comments.
