Preview & Predictions for ROH Death Before Dishonor 2025:

On tap for tonight's event, Mina Shirakawa gets a chance to dethrone "the forever champion" Athena, who has held the ROH Women's World Championship for a few days shy of a whopping 1000 days. It would be a shame if she dropped the title now before reaching that mark when it is so incredibly close, particularly after Athena lost her Casino Gauntlet title opportunity for the AEW Women's World Championship.

Frankly, I don't think Bandido is losing the men's ROH World Championship either, as he faces Hechicero, who strikes me as exactly the type of opponent set up just to have a match and lose. If it were a more prominent member of The Don Callis Family like even Josh Alexander, I'd consider it more of a chance the title changes hands. With Bandido holding the AEW World Tag Team Championship right now, that should be even more of an indicator that Tony Khan really likes him.

Lee Moriarty should likely retain the ROH Pure Championship over Xelhua. It feels like Sammy Guevara should lose at least one of his tag team title matches for pulling double duty, but this could just be a case of showing him having an arduous task and overcoming it.

Considering QT Marshall's role as an enhancement talent to work with people like "Big Boom" AJ and put him over, I see no reason why he would win his Fight Without Honor over Paul Walter Hauser, especially if there is some sort of interference that can make this even more in Hauser's favor.
