Sammy Guevara Shows Off Horrific BLOOD AND GUTS Injuries As DYNAMITE Ranks #1 On Cable For First Time

Blood and Guts was, as the name suggests, an absolute bloodbath during Wednesday's episode of All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite on TNT. While the show was headlined by the Inner Circle (Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Santana, and Ortiz) lost to The Pinnacle (MJF, FTR, Wardlow, and Shawn Spears), it was a stacked card and a great couple of hours.

Audiences agreed because this episode of Dynamite drew 1.090 million viewers, an increase from the previous Wednesday's 889,000 viewers. In the key 18 - 49 demographic, the Blood and Guts special drew a 0.42 (a rise from 0.33 the week before).

As a result of this, Dynamite was #1 among the top 150 shows on cable, the first time that's ever happened. Needless to say, this is a major win for AEW, and a victory in the ratings that puts it well ahead of what NXT is doing every Tuesday night on the USA Network.

In related news, while there were no significant injuries during the Blood and Guts match, everyone walked away with their fair share of bumps, bruises, and lacerations.

Sammy Guevara was among them, and he's now taken to Twitter to reveal the aftermath of competing in the match. He's pretty beaten up, and clearly in need of some serious recovery time.
