Scorpio Sky is officially the next entrant of the Casino Ladder match!

The former AEW World Tag Team Champion was confirmed for the number one contender’s contest that will feature nine men fighting for an opportunity to challenge for the AEW World Championship in the future.

In addition to being the inaugural tag team champion, the 37-year-old was also the first man to hand Chris Jericho his first loss in All Elite Wrestling. Sky would receive a title match against the then AEW World Champion; however, Jericho would win the one-on-one encounter in the end.

Sky has been wrestling for nearly 20 years, with his most notable stints being in Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling (as Mason Andrews), and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Sky has won various tag belts with partners Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels, but the SCU member has yet to win a top singles title any of these promotions. Will Sky win the Ladder match and go on to become the next AEW World Champion?
