Shanna could be making her AEW return very soon.

Since the coronavirus pandemic, the international talent has been unable to make her return to the promotion; however, “Portugal’s Perfect Athlete” recently revealed on a Rocket League Twitch stream with the Special Olympics Illinois that the ban travel ban will be lifted next week (Transcript courtesy of wrestletalk.com):

“It was a lot of fun to do it with my coworkers and meet new people, have fun. I’m leaving next week to spend 14 days in a neutral , non banned country, by Mr. Trump’s proclamation. After 14 days I can enter the United States. Let’s hope for no road blocks.”

The last time that Shanna competed in AEW was in a four-way match involving AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida, Big Swole, and Yuka Sakazaki back in February. Shida ultimately won that match-up. Since then, Shanna has been stuck outside of the USA due to the lockdown for the coronavirus.

As of this writing, there’s no word on when former WWE Cruiserweight Champion PAC, or inaugural AEW World Champion Riho could make their returns as well. Despite being unable to re-enter the country, Riho has been competing in the all-women’s promotion Stardom. PAC has been out of action since his last AEW match in March.
