Along with taping tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland ahead of its normal broadcast, future content for Ring of Honor as well as this Saturday's episode of AEW Collision were also taped in advance.
Apparently, during these tapings, a former WWE Superstar made their debut for the company, though it is not yet known if they have officially signed as part of the All Elite Wrestling family or if this was a one-off.
This post will fill you in on SPOILERS of those ROH and Collision results, for those who want to know this information in advance. So here is your warning that if you don't want to be spoiled, then don't scroll down and read it!!
According to PWInsider and various sources on social media (X, Reddit, etc), here are your results from the non-Dynamite side of these tapings.
Ring of Honor Tapings:
- Trish Adora defeated Alexis Falcon
- Scotty and Keegan Garland defeated Jon Cruz and Bret Levi
- Lance Archer squashed two enhancement talent guys
AEW Collision Tapings:
- Sky Flight (Scorpio Sky, Dante Martin, Darius Martin) and Hiromu Takahashi defeated The Don Callis Family's Hechicero, Josh Alexander, Lance Archer, and Rocky Romero by pinfall.
- Megan Bayne defeated Isla Dawn by pinfall.
- Queen Aminata and Willow Nightingale defeated Julia Hart and Skye Blue by pinfall. After the match, Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander came out to try to help Aminata and Nightingale fight off Hart, Blue, Thekla, Penelope Ford, and Megan Bayne.
- Max Caster holds another open challenge, which Zack Sabre Jr. answers. Caster lost by submission. After the match, Anthony Bowens attacked Caster. Billy Gunn then ran out to save Caster.
- Konosuke Takeshita defeated Tomohiro Ishii
- Big Bill beat Mark Andrews in a total squash
- The Gates of Agony defeated Grizzled Young Veterans
- The Young Bucks defeated Paragon’s Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong. Swerve Strickland makes the save, but gets taken out by Kazuchika Okada.
Isla Dawn is seemingly able to retain her WWE name because she was using that ring name prior to joining NXT UK. World Wrestling Entertainment likely abandoned the trademark as well, as happens here and there with talent, who are also sometimes on deals where they can pay to get their names back and purchase the trademark back from WWE.
Dawn was released six months ago (on February 8, 2025) around the same time as several other Superstars like Cedric Alexander (now part of the TNA Wrestling roster), The Good Brothers (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson), Authors of Pain, Sonya Deville, and Blair Davenport (who wrestles under her original ring name of Bea Priestley for STARDOM and independent promotions)
