This week on AEW Thursday Night Dynamite, Dark Order had a symbolic funeral for Cody, after he had lost the TNT Championship last week to Mr. Brodie Lee (aka The Exalted One and leader of Dark Order).

After they placed a Nightmare Family shirt in a casket and draped the group's flag over it, special honors were given to one of its newest members, Anna Jay (aka Number 99, aka The Great One, and now aka The Queenslayer for having taken out Brandi Rhodes).

Dark Order would subsequently be attacked by Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall (The Natural Nightmares) along with Matt Cardona (formerly Zack Ryder) and Scorpio Sky of SCU in retaliation for their actions against Cody and The Nightmare Family last week, but Dark Order wasn't done for the night.

Several segments later, during a promotional rundown of what was set for All Out, Evil Uno and Stu Grayson came ringside with Anna Jay and approached Tay Conti with an offer to join Dark Order. After a few moments of being somewhat confused, Conti hugged Jay and jumped up and down in excitement as its newest recruit.

Conti and Jay recently tagged together as part of the AEW Women's Tag Team Tournament Cup: The Deadly Draw and were unsuccessful in winning that, but appear to have formed a bond that will extend into Dark Order going forward.

What's next for Tay Conti? Will she be officially signed with AEW now that she's part of one of its primary stables? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
