Jake "The Snake" Roberts is now in All Elite Wrestling, and that spells bad news for Cody Rhodes.
The WWE Hall of Famer interrupted Cody as he was lamenting his loss to MJF at Revolution, and cut one hell of a promo. Jake told The American Nightmare that he had come to AEW to take what's his, and teased a new client that would help him achieve his goals.
We assume this will turn out to be Lance Archer (who was scheduled to make his debut last night), but there are several possibilities.
Roberts finished his promo in awesome fashion by telling Cody that a wise man once told him never to turn his back on someone he respected or feared, before walking out of the ring and tossing the mic over his shoulder.
