Trent & Chuck Taylor Of Best Friends Will Take On Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa On AEW DYNAMITE

In an interesting tag team bout, Kenny Omega and Michael Nakazawa will take on Trent and Chuck Taylor of Best Friends.

Last week, Trent fought Omega for the AAA Mega Championship and the 33-year-old came extremely close to winning the nearly twenty-minute match-up; however, as seconds was counting down to a draw, the AAA Mega Champion pulled out the victory with a One-Winged Angel.

Trent was noticeably aggressive during the title match, which had similar callbacks to their IWGP United States Championship match at New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Power Struggle pay-per-view back in 2017. Coming off his lengthy stint as a tag team wrestler, the former IWGP Junior Tag Team Champion looked to finally prove himself that night; however, Omega shut down any momentum that Trent had going in.

Both men know each other well inside of the ring; however, the former IWGP Heavyweight Champion continues to edge out a victory over Trent.

What mental state is the New York native in following his latest loss to Kenny Omega? Since forming a tag team with Adam “Hangman” Page, the 36-year-old has been on a roll with huge victories over talents such as PAC, Jack Evans, and Sammy Guevara; Will the AAA Mega Champion get the best of Trent once again?
