Tonight’s episode of AEW features two huge championship matches.

In the first of two title defenses, the AEW Women’s Championship match comes full circle as Riho will take on Nyla Rose once again. These two women have a history between each other in AEW, as the 22-year-old defeated Rose to become the inaugural champion back in Washington D.C.

To date, Rose has yet to beat the AEW Women’s Champion in a singles or tag team match. The 37-year-old has gotten more aggressive and violent since her championship encounter against Riho; Will Rose’s journey to becoming the AEW Women’s Champion finally be fulfilled tonight?

For the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky will get a chance to regain the titles that they held for 83 days, as the duo will face Adam Page and Kenny Omega.

Issues still linger between ‘The Hangman’ and Omega; however, the duo have been able to come together and dominate the tag team division. Can Page and Omega maintain their position as the top team in AEW?

Also, Santana is coming for blood, as the Proud N’ Powerful member will fight Jon Moxley. The AEW star is fired up after the #1 contender for the AEW World Champion stabbed him in the eye last week. Will Santana be able to derail Jon Moxley’s momentum?

Check out the advertised matches for tonight’s show from the H.E.B. Center in Austin, Texas.
