The ONE Heavyweight Champion’s next title defense is confirmed, as Brandon Vera is set to fight Arjan Singh Bhullar at ONE Championship: Code of Honor.
Vera is coming off a shocking loss to Aung La Nsang for the ONE Light Heavyweight title. Prior to the light heavyweight title fight, Vera was on an impressive four fight winning streak with wins over Mauro Cerilli, Hideki Sekine, Paul Cheng, and Igor Subora. Vera’s professional record stands at 16 wins, 8 losses, 1 no contest.
Bhullar enters the bout with some solid momentum, as the MMA veteran is currently on a three-fight winning streak. The heavyweight is coming off an impressive unanimous decision win over Mauro Cerilli back in October. Bhullar has only suffered one loss throughout his professional career thus far. The Canada native’s record currently stands at 10 wins and 1 loss.
One Championship: Code Of Honor takes place on Friday, May 29 from the Mall Of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines with no main event announced at this time.
