Jack Cartwright will defend the Cage Warriors Bantamweight title in 2020 once again as he’ll put his belt on the line against Gerardo Fanny.

The England native is coming off a successful title defense against Manuel Bilic that extended his winning streak to eight. Thus far, Cartwright has only had three fights in Cage Warriors, with the majority of his victories coming from Almighty Fighting Championships, UK Fighting Championships, and Tank Fighting Championships. Cartwright’s professional record currently stands at 8 wins and no losses.

Fanny will be making his debut for Cage Warriors and the bantamweight is coming off a strong victory over Luiz Filho. Fanny’s impressive knockout and submission wins over Ali Magomedov, Nursu Mamedov, and Jinbo Zou have earned him a shot at the prestigious belt. His professional record currently stands at 9 wins and 1 loss.

Cage Warriors 115 takes place on Friday, September 25 from the BEC Arena in Manchester, England with no main event announced at this time.
