Four women. One Night. Who will win the 2020 Shooto Brazil Women’s Lightweight tournament?

On Sunday, March 1, Dayana Silva, Mariana Morais, Bianca Daimoni and Yana Gadelha will compete for a shot to enter PFL season three and win $1 million. Shooto Brazil will be holding the one-night tournament.

In addition to that big prize, the tournament winner will also become the first-ever Shooto Brazil Women’s Lightweight Champion. The competition is part of PFL’s international expansion, as other promotions in Australia, Russia, Germany and the United Arab Emirates will also hold one night tournaments for fighters to enter the PFL season three.

While the four women are mostly unknowns in the MMA world, the lightweights have previously competed in Belford Fight, Cruzeiro Fight MMA (Rio de Janeiro), Gladiators Extreme Fight, and Invicta Fighting Championship. There’s no word yet on how the tournament will broadcast; however, the previous seasons of PFL have aired on ESPN+ and ESPN 2.
