New Japan’s second biggest pay-per-view of the year is here!

In the main event, Tetsuya Naito will defend his belt for the first time since The New Beginning in Osaka show in February. This time, the IWGP Intercontinental and Heavyweight Champion will face one of his own, EVIL.

The Los Ingobernables de Japon members had great respect for one another; however, EVIL made it clear that he will go to great lengths to reach the top of the mountain. EVIL hasn’t won a singles championship since 2016; however, with his alliance with the Bullet Club, will the 2020 New Japan Cup winner pull off a shocking victory and become the New IWGP Intercontinental and Heavyweight Champion?

In the second title match of the evening, SHO will get an opportunity to become the NEVER Openweight champion. The IWGP Junior Tag Team Champion pulled off an upset in the first round by defeating Shingo Takagi in the New Japan Cup tournament; Can SHO get the win over the Los Ingobernables de Japon member again with the gold on the line?

For the IWGP Tag Team titles, Golden Ace will put the belts on the line against Taichi and Zack Sabre Jr. Tanahashi and Sabre Jr. are no strangers to one another, as the both men feuded back in 2019. Following their win over Guerillas of Destiny earlier this year, Taichi and Zack made it clear that they would be the next IWGP Tag Team Champions by assaulting the newly crowned title holders. Could we see new champions crowned on July 12th?
