EVIL And Tetsuya Naito Will Have Their Championship Rematch At NJPW's SUMMER STRUGGLE IN JINGU Show

The former IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Champion will get a chance at retribution as Tetsuya Naito will challenge EVIL for both titles at the Summer Struggle show. Check out the current line-up here.

Tetsuya Naito will get his chance to recapture the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental titles on August 29.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling has confirmed that the former double-champion will fight EVIL for the prestigious belts at the Summer Struggle In Jingu event. This rematch will headline a stacked card that already features four championship matches.

Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi & Kota Ibushi is another rematch set for the upcoming show. Like EVIL, Sabre Jr. and Taichi won the titles at Dominion, effectively ending the short championship reign for Ibushi and Tanahashi.

Hiromu Takahashi will also defend the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title for the first time since The New Beginning in Osaka show in February. He’ll take on Bullet Club member and former champion, Taiji Ishimori. Check out the advertised matches for the upcoming Summer Struggle In Jingu show below:
