Wrestle Kingdom 15 is officially written in the history books!

The big pay-per-view concluded with the longest main event in Wrestle Kingdom history as Kota Ibushi and Jay White fought for 48:05 before the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Champion put down The Bullet Club leader with two Kamigoyes.

Following the main event, SANADA (who beat EVIL earlier in the evening) came out and challenged Ibushi, who accepted the match. There’s no word on when the title match will take place.

In the co-main event, Hiromu Takahashi became the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion for the third time in his career thanks to his signature Time Bomb finisher. Takahashi and Taiji Ishimori set the record for the longest Junior Heavyweight Championship match at Wrestle Kingdom 15.
