New Japan Pro-Wrestling's final show before the highly-anticipated G1 Climax is in the bag, and we crowned new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions in the main event.

El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru defeated Hiromu Takahashi and BUSHI in an exciting encounter in just under 17 minutes. Hiromu and BUSHI looked to have things in hand when they hit their tag-finisher on Desperado, but the heels then resorted to underhanded tactics when Kanemaru pulled the ref out of the ring and smashed a bottle over Takahashi's head.

This allowed Desperado to hit his closed-fist punch and a Pinche Loco on BUSHI to win the match and the championships.

Full results:

Tomohiro Ishii, Hirooki Goto, & YOSHI-HASHI retained the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships against Kazuchika Okada, Toru Yano, & SHO

Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi, & SANADA defeated EVIL, Yujiro Takahashi, & Dick Togo

Minoru Suzuki, Zack Sabre Jr., Taichi, & DOUKI defeated Kota Ibushi, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Master Wato, & Ryusuke
