NEW JAPAN PRO-WRESTLING Confirms The Full List Of Participants In The G1 CLIMAX Tournament

We're just a few weeks away from the annual round-robin style tournament and the Japanese promotion has officially confirmed the 20 men that will participant in this year's competition. Check out the full list.

The G1 Climax 30 participants are officially confirmed.

Last month, it was revealed that the annual tournament will kick off on September 19 and now, we finally know who the participants are in this year’s 20-man tournament. Not Surprisingly, newly crowned IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Champion Tetsuya Naito will compete in the yearly event.

However, New Japan has confirmed some international talents for the tournament as former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay and former IWGP United States Champion Juice Robinson will compete in the Japanese promotion for the first time since February.

Also included is 2019 G1 Climax winner Kota Ibushi, NEVER Openweight Champion Minoru Suzuki, EVIL, Kazuchika Okada, and Tomohiro Ishii. Ten men will compete in Block A and Block B, with the winners of the respective block meeting on October 18.

Like every year, the overall tournament winner receives an opportunity at the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championships at Wrestle Kingdom next year. Check out the full list of participate below:
