Jay White, Kazuchika Okada, Kota Ibushi, and Will Ospreay continue to be on top of the A-Block rankings with 8 pts. each; however, its highly unlikely that former NEVER Openweight Champion Jeff Cobb and Yujiro Takahashi will get the opportunity to jump into the finals of this year’s competition.
In a battle of the heavyweights, Jeff Cobb and Tomohiro Ishii clashed against one another, former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada faced off against Shingo Takagi, and NEVER Openweight Champion Minoru Suzuki fought Kota Ibushi.
