Following the shocking result in the main event of Tetsuya Naito vs. EVIL, Hiromu Takahashi will step up and challenge the new IWGP Intercontinenal and Heavyweight Champion on July 25.

The reigning IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion issued out the challenge at Dominion and the new leader of the Bullet Club has gladly accepted. In addition to that big match-up, New Japan has confirmed the line-ups for both New Japan Road (July 20) and Sengoku Lord (July 25) later this month.

Shingo Takagi will also defend the NEVER Openweight Championship, as the Los Ingobernables de Japon member will put the belt on the line against El Desperado. Following his victory over SHO at Dominion, Desperado assaulted Takagi, making it clear that he’ll be the next challenger for his belt.
