Two tournaments will make their return following the Power Struggle tour.

New Japan Pro Wrestling has confirmed the return of their annual World Tag League tournament. Usually, 16 teams compete in a round-robin style tournament for an opportunity at the prestigious IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team titles at Wrestle Kingdom. Thus far, the participants have yet to be revealed.

In a big surprise, NJPW will be hosting the Best of The Super Juniors tournaments afterall. Originally, the tournament highlighting the Junior Heavyweight division was set for May 12 until June 6, with the winner getting a title shot at Dominion. The event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Like the World Tag League, the Best of The Super Juniors will start on November 15 and finish up on December 11. The participants of the upcoming tournament have yet to be determined. As part of NJPW's COVID-19 protocols, most of the tour's nights will be limited to competitors of one tournament.
