The Second Round of the 2020 New Japan Cup tournament is officially over!

16 men fought for the opportunity to challenge Tetsuya Naito for the IWGP Intercontinental and Heavyweight titles at Dominion in several weeks, with former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada, former NEVER Openweight Champion Tomohiro Ishii, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi, and Taiji Ishimori advancing into the semi-finals.

In the final second round tournament matches, former NEVER Openweight Champions Taichi and Kota Ibushi faced off against one another, along with former IWGP Tag Team Champions Sanada and Evil competing for a spot in the semi-finals.

In non-tournament match-ups, Los Ingobernables (Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi & Hiromu Takahashi) fought Yota Tsuji & Chaos (Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano) in a six-man tag team bout. Check out the quick results and some video from Day Six of the 2020 New Japan Cup tournament:
