The finals for the Owen Hart Foundation tournament will be decided tonight.
Will Ospreay officially has his calendar set for Double or Nothing after he beat Konosuke Takeshita in one hell of a match on Dynamite several weeks ago. His opponent will be determined tonight as Hangman Page and Kyle Fletcher are scheduled for a semi-final match.
Kyle Fletcher is fresh off the Continental Classic tournament and failed to advance into the finals. On the other hand, Hangman Page couldn’t get the job done in 2024’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Both men have evolved since their tournament failures; Page and Fletcher come into the match with some nice momentum that can certainly swing in either man’s favor. Can Hangman Page redeem his 2024 failure by beating Kyle Fletcher? Or will the Don Callis family member fight his long time nemesis in the finals?
The build to Kazuchika Okada and Kenny Omega continues.
The Continental Champion and International Champion will be on opposite sides of a huge eight man tag team match. Omega will team with Mike Bailey, Mark Briscoe, and Kevin Knight to take on his former Elite brothers Matthew and Nicholas Jackson, Ricochet, and Okada. The tension has been brewing for weeks between these men, how will they settle their differences tonight?
Also, MJF is getting fed up with The Hurt Syndicate’s constant rejections. It’s clear that the former AEW World Champion has an ulterior motive for working with the dominant faction, but Bobby Lashley has been swayed by MJF’s kindness in recent weeks. Will MJF finally get the approval from the former WWE Champion tonight?
