We're still reeling from those shocking WWE releases yesterday, and after Lana shared her gratitude with fans, AEW star Miro (who was known as Rusev in WWE) has also shared his thoughts.
As you can see, the TNT Champion takes a brief shot at his former employers by saying, "You can’t soar with the eagles if you’re hanging with the turkeys." Needless to say, we can't help but wonder whether this means the writing on the wall for Lana ultimately joining Miro in All Elite Wrestling.
That would make perfect sense and gives Dynamite yet another major attraction...
In related news, Buddy Murphy is the latest released WWE Superstar to react to his firing. He alludes to being unhappy with not being able to compete on a regular basis, so it wouldn't be surprising if he was one of the few wrestlers to have been chasing their freedom from the company in recent months.
