After Last Night's SMACKDOWN LIVE It Seems The Repackaging Of Dolph Ziggler Has Begun
Dolph Ziggler made his return to SmackDown Live as a backstage interviewer last night but did not seem happy about his new role in WWE. However, it sounds like he'll be getting a brand new gimmick next week!
Dolph Ziggler has been stuck in a rut for quite some time now but it was reported recently that there are plans in place for him to get a brand new gimmick. What that is remains to be seen but the Showoff made his return to SmackDown Live last night as a backstage interviewer. Has the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion really fallen so low? Not exactly.
Making it clear he's not happy about his new gig, Ziggler took shots at a number of WWE gimmicks and said that he's been watching a lot of RAW and SmackDown Live while he's been away. He then added that he's now learned what it takes to become a star in WWE and that he'll show us all what he means when the show airs next Tuesday. Will this set his career on the right path?
It's hard to say but given where things stand for Ziggler in the company, this could very well make or break him as he looks ahead to the future and what comes next for him in WWE.
