Coming out of WWE Monday Night Raw in Belfast, there are several announcements regarding future matches for the Royal Rumble and elsewhere.

Opening the show was a promo segment with Gunther gloating about beating AJ Styles, who challenged him to a rematch. Gunther said that he doesn't want to pull double duty at the Royal Rumble, because he's entering the 30-man gauntlet. He then said he would accept the challenge from Styles if The Phenomenal One put his career on the line. Styles had a few backstage segments with Adam Pearce, where he eventually said that he's agreed to the stipulation.

Jey Uso came out for a segment in the crowd where he declared himself for a Royal Rumble entry, stating he would win back-to-back after coming out on top last year. Missing from that segment was Jimmy Uso, who has not been confirmed one way or another.

After defeating The Vision's Logan Paul, Bronson Reed, and Austin Theory (who have not yet been confirmed), three more entrants will be Rey Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and Penta.

Previously, Cody Rhodes declared himself on Friday Night SmackDown, bringing the current field of men's entrants to 6 out of 30.

Regarding the Women's Royal Rumble match, there are 8, if not 9, confirmed for the match.

The women's tag team champions RHIYO (Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky) have plans to retain their titles at Saturday Night's Main Event and focus on the Royal Rumble after. The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan, Roxanne Perez, and Raquel Rodriguez) are hoping to do the opposite, as Morgan and Perez want to win those tag titles, while Rodriguez is hoping to get a title shot against Stephanie Vaquer, but is also entering the Royal Rumble anyway.

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria had a backstage segment where they discussed how they would be happy for the other if they were to win the Royal Rumble, supporting their tag team partner.

On the flip side, Asuka had a backstage segment with Kairi Sane, where she belittled Sane, blaming her for losing the tag team titles. Sane is desperate to make it up to Asuka, so she said she would make sure Asuka won the Royal Rumble. Whether or not that means Sane is also in the match or not remains to be seen, as WWE didn't clarify.

For those curious about what was announced for next week's Raw, there will be a Fatal 4-Way match to determine the No. 1 contenders for the World Tag Team Championship, with The New Day, Alpha Academy, American Made's Creed Brothers, and Los Americanos fighting to see who faces The Usos down the line at a yet to be confirmed date.
