Braun Strowman is not happy about his WWE release.
The former WWE Universal Champion was released from the promotion back in May after a three year stint with the company. It was a genuine shock since Strowman was actually doing something in the tail end of his career. The 41-year-old had that memorable feud against Bronson Reed and his Last Man Standing match against Jacob Fatu was also a banger.
For the most part, Strowman has been quiet about his WWE departure. Until now. The former WWE star hasn’t revealed his true feelings about being fired again, but his recent Twitter posts showcase that Strowman isn’t happy with the way things ended. He responded to a fan who noticed how much WWE has showcased the former Universal Champion during the Summerslam pre-show and WWE Unreal and he noted that WWE made a stupid business decision.
But that wasn’t the first time he responded to something WWE related.
Earlier this month, Karrion Kross was venting his frustration over WWE ignoring the chants, with Triple H specifically responding to fans who were chanting, “We want Kross” with “You want Brock? You got him.”
Strowman fired back under Kross’ tweet by claiming that the WWE doesn’t care about their fans.
He further responds to a fan saying that he was speaking facts, not feelings.
His latest responses feel opposite of his original post following his release where Strowman made it clear that he was unbothered by being cut from the company the second time.
At the moment, there’s word on what the former WWE star plans on doing going forward. Strowman could go back to indies like the first time around, or it’s quite possible that he’s simply done with wrestling. The guy is 41, so he may not feel the need to continue wrestling, especially if he was smart with the money he was making in WWE.
Either way, once Strowman finally speaks about his latest WWE experience - if he does, of course - it should make for a newsworthy post.
