Three championship matches headline RAW.
The Judgment Day will finally defend the WWE World Tag Team titles as AJ Styles and Dragon Lee fight for the opportunity to become the new tag champs. Though the former WWE Champion failed to beat John Cena at Crown Jewel, Styles did defeat The Judgment Day during the week of his Crown Jewel match.
AJ is no stranger to being a tag team champion. He notably held the belts with Omos in 2021, but he’s also won the TNA World Tag Team titles twice. Dragon Lee is also a former AAA and ROH World Tag Team Champion. Will they be able to dethrone Finn Balor and JD McDonagh tonight?
For the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, Maxxine Dupri has the opportunity to win her first title in WWE. Though Dupri has never pinned or submitted Becky Lynch, the RAW star came extremely close to beating the champion on several occasions during their recent match. Becky’s arrogance is what got the best of her, but given the circumstances coming in, can Maxxine finally get one over “The Man”?
Rusev is not a happy man. He fought Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship several weeks ago, but the second generation star cheated his way to victory. Now he gets a second chance to regain something he’s very familiar with. Dominik barely escaped their last encounter with the I.C. title. Can he somehow to do it again?
Bron Breakker has some explaining to do. The former Intercontinental Champion shocked the world by turning on his mentor, Seth Rollins. Breakker managed to convince Paul Heyman and Bronson Reed to join his side and cut out the cancer. We still don’t know why Bron turned on Seth, but the second generation star will finally explain his actions on RAW.
