Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens's alliance in the mid-2010s will go down in history as one of the all-time greatest professional wrestling partnerships.

From reluctant allies to best friends, they quickly became one of WWE's most entertaining duos, with KO at the top of his game as Universal Champion and Jericho over with fans in a big way thanks to "The List."

In an unforgettable segment, "The Festival of Friendship," Owens turned on Jericho by putting Y2J's name on his List. The feud that followed wasn't quite as memorable, but that turn was incredible.

Jericho went on to sign with AEW in 2019, and Owens is currently sidelined with a neck injury. Now, as rumours swirl about Le Champion making his WWE return for one final run, he and Owens have reunited at the Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Dallas Stars game.

Yes, they're back to being best friends!

"I haven’t realized the impact it had on people," Owens previously said of the Festival of Friendship. "Every element of it was something that had come along months before. It was really a team effort between me and [Chris] Jericho. We came up with something special and it worked out."

He later added, "Yeah, that was really cool. It’s backwards though, because it should have been the creation of Chris, I think the way the painting is. Chris was the one who wanted the Showgirls, all this stuff. I was the one who came up with the idea for the List of KO and the reveal."

Jericho, meanwhile, has said that he considers the segment the best one RAW has ever seen. "I say that completely un-egotistically. I wanted that segment to start off like an ’80s David Lee Roth video and end like the Red Wedding from Game of Thrones, where you’re just like, ‘No, don’t do it, don’t do it.’ I had to fight for that, I had to fight for it a lot."

"I think that’s why it worked so well it was such a great betrayal moment," he continued. "We kind of mirrored that with Don Callis with the painting, and I thought that worked really well too."
