The 2025 WWE King and Queen of the Ring tournament semifinals have come to a close, and we now know who will be competing in the finals, which will go down at WWE Night of Champions on Saturday, June 28th at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Previously on this past Friday night's edition of WWE SmackDown, Asuka beat Alexa Bliss and Randy Orton defeated Sami Zayn to earn their spots in the finale. Tonight on the June 23rd episode of Monday Night Raw, the remaining two semifinals matches took place with Roxanne Perez against Jade Cargill and Jey Uso against Cody Rhodes.

First up was the women's bout, wherein Perez put up a good fight considering her major handicap in being considerably smaller than her opponent, chopping her down to size by targeting her legs. However, Cargill's power was too much for Perez to overcome, and Jade found the strength to hit her finisher, Jaded, for a pinfall.

She and her future opponent, Asuka, had a stare down on the ramp in front of the queen's crown after the match.

In the main event of tonight's show, former tag team champions Rhodes and Uso battled it out in a great contest that saw each man capable of taking out the other. Ultimately, Rhodes was the victor, and the show ended with the two of them reaffirming their friendship, raising each other's arms and showing respect for one another.

The American Nightmare and The Viper clashing over the King of the Ring crown is certainly some fantasy booking come to life, and it will be interesting to see if their friendship is able to withstand the same test, or if that will lead to something else happening from what Rhodes and Uso did tonight.

After the other announcements regarding Dominik Mysterio being injured and his match with AJ Styles cancelled, a Street Fight booked between Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez, and a singles match between Karrion Kross and Sami Zayn added to the lineup, the current card for WWE Night of Champions 2025 stands at this set of matches:

  • Street Fight: Raquel Rodriguez vs. Rhea Ripley
  • Karrion Kross vs. Sami Zayn
  • United States Championship Match: Jacob Fatu (c) vs. Solo Sikoa
  • King of the Ring Tournament Final: Cody Rhodes or Jey Uso vs. Randy Orton
  • Queen of the Ring Tournament Final: Asuka vs. Jade Cargill
  • Undisputed WWE Championship Match: John Cena (c) vs CM Punk
