Former WWE Champion Rumored To Appear On The Cover Of WWE 2K18

Brock Lesnar took centre stage on the cover of WWE 2K17 last year, but a new report claims that we'll see a full-time WWE Superstar get the spotlight when WWE 2K18 is released this fall...

According to Cageside Seats, The Kingslayer Seth Rollins has emerged as the frontrunner for the cover of WWE 2K18 this year. The last two years have seen Stone Cold Steve Austin and Brock Lesnar appear on the game's cover art, with WWE choosing marketable names over wrestlers who compete on TV each and every week.

That could be about to change, though, and Rollins makes sense considering the fact he's a top star and beat Triple H at WrestleMania this year. It's also been reported this week that he could be Brock Lesnar's next opponent after The Beast takes on Samoa Joe at Great Balls of Fire.

We'll just have to wait and see whether or not this pans out, but a reveal of any sort is probably still a good month or two away. With Kurt Angle back in WWE, chances are he'll be the big star the company markets the game around as they look to bring in new and old fans alike to the video game franchise. Would you like to see Rollins on the cover?
