John Cena will wrestle his final match on December 13, at Saturday Night's Main Event in Washington, DC. Some big guests are expected to be in attendance, and there have been rumours that President Donald Trump will be among them.

He's a big WWE fan, and before getting into politics, Trump appeared at WrestleMania, the WWE Hall of Fame, and more. He's also close with the McMahon family (Linda McMahon even serves in his cabinet).

Former WWE Superstar Tyrus is now a political commentator. During a recent interview with TMZ's Inside The Ring, he shared his take on the possibility of the current Commander-in-Chief attending the PLE.

"Oh, the President? 1000%. If he says he’s going, he’s going. It’s in DC. And that’s not by no mistake. He might even be in the finish," he proclaimed. "He might hit a binding resolution in the middle of that match, but I definitely think that if the president says he’s going to be there, he’s going to be there because he’s a fan. He loves it."

Asked if he thinks Trump's presence would be a bad look, Tyrus said, "Bad look for who? Here’s the thing, you take all you take all the the whiny baby, 'I hate the President–,' all that crap, many years from now when we’re all old and gray, and all this this media bull**** is over, there’s going to be a grandchild who’ll be like, 'Daddy, did you did you talk with the president?' I said, 'I didn’t talk with him, I broke bread with him,’ you know?"

"And there’s going to be someone who says, 'I remember where I was there when John Cena and the President of the United States were there.'"

"That’s not a small thing. Now, the media and the way the world is right now, we’ve minimized the importance of something like that. The most powerful man in the world is there to see you wrestle," he continued. "Whether you like him, good, bad, or indifferent or not, historically, that is something that you will — that is a feather in your cap that you will carry with you."

"The man who makes decisions, the heartbeat of this planet took time to sit down and watch you perform. It’s something that no one can ever take away from you."

WWE hasn't even announced who Cena's final opponent is going to be, though Dave Meltzer recently claimed that it will be former World Heavyweight Champion Gunther.

Following a year-long farewell tour, with stops at WrestleMania 41 and SummerSlam along the way, Cena will bring his decorated career – highlighted by 17 World Championships, five U.S. Championship title reigns and two Royal Rumble victories – to an emphatic close live from the nation’s capital.
