It's Official - Roman Reigns Will Face The Undertaker At WWE WRESTLEMANIA 33

We all pretty much knew it was on the cards, of course, but WWE has now officially confirmed that The "Big Dog" will go one-on-one with The Phenom next month at Wrestlemania 33. More past the jump...

WWE has made it official: Roman Reigns and The Undertaker will clash on April 2 at WrestleMania.

This match was all but guaranteed when Reigns eliminated Taker from the Royal Rumble, and The Dead Man added the exclamation point when he showed up on RAW last Monday and delivered a devastating chokeslam  to the former SHIELD member.

It'll be very interesting to see how this plays out, as Roman is not exactly beloved by the majority of WWE Universe, and there's been quite a bit of backlash since it was even teased that he might be Taker's Mania opponent. The smart thing to do would be for WWE to use this opportunity to turn Reigns heel, but by all accounts, the company is determined to continue to push him as a top face. Taking this into account, a win over The Phenom as Mania might well be on the cards.
