Brock Lesnar is back.
John Cena and Cody Rhodes went through an emotional roller coaster ride in the main event of Summerslam. After nearly forty minutes of tearing each other apart (respectfully), Cody Rhodes emerged victorious in his battle against John Cena.
But that wasn’t the only big news coming out of Summerslam.
After the epic Summerslam main event, Brock shocked the masses by coming out and reigniting a rivalry that’s spanned throughout the decades. Brock’s next target appears to be John Cena, and the former WWE Undisputed Champion will address the violent assault tonight.
Cody Rhodes did it! “The American Nightmare” will walk into Smackdown as the new Undisputed WWE Champion. The question is - what’s next for Cody? He finally conquered his adversary, but there’s an entire Smackdown locker room who chomping at the bit to take down the Undisputed Champion. What will Cody say on tonight’s episode? Also, Solo Sikoa was able to escape Summerslam, still the United States Champion.
