On Sunday night, WWE Superstars Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley teamed up to challenge for the Women's Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania. Unfortunately, they fell short on the Grandest Stage of Them All, and Carmella and Queen Zelina walked out with their titles.

Despite not winning the match, Morgan and Ripley still managed to steal the show thanks to unique ring gear inspired by The Batman. As you can see in the Instagram post below, the popular tag team was inspired by Robert Pattinson's Batman and Zoë Kravitz's Catwoman.

The following night on RAW, they got a rematch, but ended up being beaten again by Carmella and Vega. Despite Ripley walking out on her partner in frustration and the fact they took a loss, they were granted a title match for next week's episode of WWE's flagship show (which is nonsensical booking, but what we've come to expect from the company's creative team).

It's clear the plan is for Ripley to turn heel, and recent rumours point to her joining Edge and Damian Priest in their newly formed stable. How that will pan out for her remains to be seen, but we do hope Morgan manages to avoid once again slipping down the card in WWE.
