One of the bigger stories coming out of tonight's episode of WWE NXT was the reveal of Mariah May's new ring name she'll be using in World Wrestling Entertainment.
Last week, after making her debut, she was only referred to by her nickname "The Glamour" and other roundabout ways to avoid saying her name, which was announced tonight via a vignette.
In this promo, "Blake Monroe" was introduced playing into her seductive character, getting out of a bubble bath and being hyped up through old school spinning newspaper reels before taking her towel off to reveal some lingerie, reminiscent of 60s aesthetics as well as Sabrina Carpenter.
It was also a big night for another new Superstar in the women's division as Lainey Reid made her in-ring "debut" (having wrestled before, but being treated as though she's brand new) in a title match against Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women's Championship. She came up short, but to get a title shot immediately and to put up that much of a fight shows WWE must see something in her worth investing in.
Unrelated to the women's division, in attendance tonight were two wrestlers who were featured on this past weekend's Worlds Collide event, as Psycho Clown, Octagon Jr., Mr. Iguana, and El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. were shown in the crowd for a brief segment.
For those curious about what's next for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, Triplemanía Regia III will be happening on June 15, 2025 at the Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, with all four of the guests in attendance tonight scheduled to appear.

- Four-Way Tag Team Match for the AAA World Tag Team Championship: Nueva Generación Dinamita (Sansón and Forastero) (c) vs. Los Garza (Angel and Berto) vs. The Nemeth Brothers (Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth) vs. Psycho Clown and Pagano
- Three-Way Match for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship: Lady Flammer (c) vs. Dalys vs. Lady Shani
- Four-Way Match for the TNA X Division Championship: Moose (c) vs. El Mesías vs. Joe Hendry vs. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.
- Singles Match for the AAA Mega Championship: El Hijo del Vikingo (c) vs. Alberto El Patrón
