Possible SPOILER On The Outcome Of Brock Lesnar Vs. Goldberg At WRESTLEMANIA
In a highly anticipated Survivor Series rematch, Brock Lesnar and Goldberg will go head to head at this year's WrestleMania. Here's how the Universal Championship match is expected to end...
At last year's Survivor Series, Goldberg effortlessly defeated Brock Lesnar in a match which no one predicted the outcome of. He later eliminated the Beast Incarnate from the Royal Rumble and Goldberg became the WWE Universal Champion by taking down Kevin Owens at Fastlane earlier this month to make his WrestleMania rematch with Lesnar a title bout.
Well, according to Dave Meltzer in the latest instalment of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan is for Lesnar to win the championship at the Showcase of the Immortals.
Goldberg's contract expires after the event, but as we've already told you, it's entirely possible that he'll sign a new one. The site adds that "the reason Lesnar put Goldberg over so quickly at Survivor Series and the Rumble is that this would be the end result." It's also expected to be a relatively short match making it unclear whether it will be the actual main event.
Speculation is also running rampant that Roman Reigns will beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania so he can finally defeat Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, a victory which has alluded him since the two squared off in the main event of the former two years ago. We'll have to wait and see if that will be the case, but it's going to be an interesting few months!
