Shinsuke Nakamura turned heel on RAW a couple of weeks ago when he attacked World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

The two WWE Superstars then came face-to-face the next Monday, but the Visionary was left reeling after Nakamura whispered something in his ear. We finally found out what that was yesterday evening in an intense pre-taped promo which saw the former NXT Champion drop quite the bombshell.

What did he say to Rollins? "I know about your back."

The King of Strong Style would go on to reveal that Rollins is in constant pain due to a nagging back injury and even brought the champion's wife and daughter into his scathing verbal attack. With that, it was later confirmed Rollins will put his title on the line against Nakamura at the upcoming Payback PLE.

Rollins responded to Shin a couple of hours later, confirming he has "two fractures in my lumbar spine" and revealing that much of what his rival said is true. However, he fired up over the heel's personal attacks and vowed to be waiting in the ring for him at next week's RAW.

It's unclear how much truth there is to Rollins' supposed 4-year back issue but it certainly adds some danger to the match and might be a good excuse for WWE to finally pull the trigger on Nakamura by putting the world title around his waist.

We'll see what happens but it's definitely fun to see Shinsuke back in the main event scene where he arguably belongs.

Could be fun if he's actually lightly hurt and needs some time off, wove it into the story and when he losses he leaves for a while and can return with a fixed back in however many months for a rematch. Make Nakamura look vicious, hopefully gets a nice dominant title reign out of it.
